That’s why we’ve developed our Realtor Relationship Program to help those partners who have helped our business grow.

REALTOR COMMISSIONS

We build new construction and move-in ready homes. Bring your buyer clients and start earning more!

  • 2.5% Commission Paid on the Base Price
  • Extra 1% Commission for any additional contracts in a calendar year

LAND REFERRALS

Bring us your prospective land, lots and tear downs and start enjoying the benefits of our reward program.

  • $2,500 Bonus for all unlisted properties and $1,000 if listed.
  • * Bonus paid at time of closing and closing must occur within 12 months of contract.

Broker Policy

We place a high value on our relationships and mutual cooperation with the real estate community.

To avoid any misunderstandings between brokers, buyer’s agents and their clients we have the following broker policy:

  1. Kiley Homes is exclusively represented by our in house sales staff and preferred Realtors .

  2. Kiley Homes 2.5% commission is paid off of the base sales price minus any builder paid closing costs or other builder incentives.

  3. All agents must fill out a broker/guest registration prior to viewing any model or move in ready home. The sales commission will only be paid to the registered broker. BROKER/GUEST REGISTRATION IS GOOD FOR 60 DAYS.

  4. Commissions will be paid at the time of settlement, if the home does not settle the commission is not paid. For buyers using a construction to permanent loan, commission will be paid at the time of lot closing.

  5. Sales staff of Kiley Homes is responsible for “Demonstrating” the standard and optional features in any model or ready to move in home.

  6. The Purchase Agreement will be written by Sales staff of Kiley Homes and on Kiley Homes contracts.
